At CameraHUB, we want you to have a clear and reliable shopping experience. Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

CameraHUB is operated by ECOMMERCE ADVISORY GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 16 689 668 371), trading as CameraHUB, based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

1. Australia-Wide Delivery

CameraHUB delivers Australia wide. Orders are shipped using trusted delivery providers, including Australia Post and selected courier partners. The shipping provider used may depend on the size of the parcel, the delivery location, and the product ordered.

2. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150 AUD delivered within Australia. Orders below $150 AUD will incur a shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.

3. How We Fulfil Orders — Please Read

CameraHUB works with a range of trusted suppliers to bring you a broad selection of camera accessories and creator gear. To be transparent about how your order may be fulfilled:

  • Some products are dispatched directly from our Melbourne, VIC warehouse.
  • Some products are dispatched directly from trusted suppliers located within Australia or overseas, depending on the product and brand.

Where an item is dispatched from a supplier rather than our own warehouse:

  • The estimated shipping timeframe may differ from standard warehouse-dispatched items.
  • Delivery timeframes will be stated on the individual product page where applicable.
  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.
  • The parcel may originate from outside Australia. All items are correctly declared at customs and comply with applicable import requirements.

We recommend checking the product description on each item page before ordering for the most accurate guidance on dispatch source and estimated delivery time.

4. Order Fulfilment Time

We aim to process and fulfil orders within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends, public holidays and periods of high order volume. Fulfilment time refers to the time taken to prepare, pack and organise your order for dispatch. This is separate from the delivery time once the parcel has been collected by the shipping provider.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, we aim to provide a shipping confirmation and tracking notification within 48 hours. Please allow a short period after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking updates to appear in the courier or Australia Post system.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • the specific product ordered and its dispatch source
  • your delivery location within Australia
  • the courier or postal network in use
  • seasonal demand, peak periods, public holidays and other external delays

7. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, CameraHUB is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, Australia Post, severe weather, public holidays, transport disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking link for the latest update. If you need further assistance, contact us at info@camerahub.com.au.

8. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, email address and contact details are correct at checkout. CameraHUB is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.

9. Change of Mind Returns

CameraHUB accepts change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened and unaltered
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, inserts, tags, seals and protective materials included
  • The item is in resaleable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that have been used, opened, damaged, marked, altered, installed, assembled, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a change of mind return.

Change of mind returns must be approved before the item is sent back. Please contact us at info@camerahub.com.au with your order number and return request before sending anything. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or declined.

10. Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by CameraHUB may be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees, express fees and other delivery charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as CameraHUB is not responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit.

11. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or with an issue caused during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@camerahub.com.au. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, outer packaging and shipping label
  • A short video showing the issue where relevant

Please do not dispose of the item, packaging, shipping box or labels until we have reviewed your claim. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Refunds for Approved Returns

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, less any applicable deductions for change of mind returns. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, we may decline the return or offer a partial refund where appropriate. If the return is declined, the item may be sent back to you at your cost.

13. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges for change of mind purchases. If you would like a different item, please contact us first. In many cases, the fastest option is to place a new order and request a return for the original item, provided it meets the return conditions above.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other suitable remedy.
