3 Legged Thing QD4 Arca Quick Release Plate

3 Legged Thing QD4 Arca Quick Release Plate

Keep an AXIS strap connection on your camera without giving up standard Arca mounting. The 3 Legged Thing QD4 places a quick-detach socket inside a 38mm tripod plate.

The QD4 is designed around a standard Arca mounting workflow, with the strap socket incorporated into the camera plate rather than added as a separate fitting. Rubber contact pads help the plate sit securely against the camera base. Choose this version when you use an Arca clamp and want to integrate an AXIS strap connection.

Key Features

• Standard Arca-Swiss profile. Match the plate profile to your actual clamp; different quick-release systems are not automatically interchangeable.
• Central QD socket for AXIS straps. Connect it to the corresponding compatible fitting and check that the connection is fully engaged before carrying the camera.
• Rubber pads help resist camera movement. The contact surface helps the fitting grip the camera base when the mounting hardware is secured correctly.
