3 Legged Thing QR7 is a 62 × 38 mm Arca-Swiss compatible camera plate with a sliding mounting screw, giving photographers extra fore-aft positioning flexibility compared with a fixed-centre plate.

The elongated plate uses rubberised contact points to help resist camera twist, while safety retaining screws reduce the risk of the plate sliding completely out of a compatible clamp when it is loosened. An integrated strap loop lets the camera remain connected to a compatible strap without adding another base plate.

Its standard Arca profile makes QR7 a practical replacement or spare plate for many 3 Legged Thing heads and other compatible support systems.
