A coiled D-Tap power cable for running compatible Atomos monitor-recorders from professional battery systems through the matching locking DC power connection or AtomX Battery Eliminator.

This cable is designed for field rigs where a V-mount or other D-Tap-equipped battery is already powering the camera and accessories, allowing the Atomos monitor-recorder to share the production power system rather than relying only on rear-mounted L-series batteries.

Compatibility

Atomos specifies this cable for its compatible monitor-recorder range except the original first-generation Shogun. Current Ninja RAW workflows can use this cable through the appropriate Atomos Battery Eliminator arrangement.

Power Safety

Use a regulated production power source that meets the voltage requirements of the connected Atomos equipment. Atomos guidance for supported D-Tap/DC workflows specifies that the external source must not exceed 16.8V DC. Do not connect an unverified higher-voltage D-Tap source.
