Built for modular vehicle mounting systems, the Peak Design 20mm Ball Adapter v2 replaces a conventional phone cradle with a compact magnetic Qi2 charging head while retaining the positioning freedom of a third-party 20mm ball-and-socket arm.

This second-generation charging adapter combines Peak Design's SlimLink™ magnetic interface with Qi2-certified wireless charging up to 15W on compatible devices. The 20mm machined ball connects to compatible modular mounting arms from third-party vehicle systems, allowing the final phone position to be tailored to the dashboard, console or cockpit rather than dictated by a fixed Peak Design base.

The v2 head is intended for enclosed-cabin vehicle use such as cars, trucks and overlanding rigs. A grippy silicone face and strong neodymium magnets keep compatible phones aligned with the charging coil, while the aluminium construction keeps the adapter compact and durable.
