The Peak Design Standard Plate v3 is the compact 38mm-square camera plate that ties together Capture v3, Peak Design tripods, Clutch and most Arca-type tripod heads.

The CNC-machined anodised aluminium plate uses a slotted 1/4"-20 camera screw so it can shift beneath the camera to avoid battery doors, screens and lens interference. Four integrated loops accept Peak Design Anchors, letting the same plate function as both a tripod interface and a strap connection point.

Its symmetrical shape enters Capture v3 in any of four directions. Importantly, this current Standard Plate is not backwards compatible with Capture v1 or v2.
